Early Learning Incursions

Smartypants Science offers a range of STEM Incursions to Victorian Kindergartens, Early Learning Centres and Preschools.

STEM education in the early years is all about fostering children’s innate curiosity in the world with hands-on, interactive experiences that introduce STEM concepts and ways of thinking.

Our incursions present STEM to kindergarteners in a playful, developmentally-appropriate way, based on active exploration and experimentation. Children are encouraged to take risks with their thinking and to link ideas to the world around them, whilst also developing motor skills and language and collaboration skills in a STEM context.
